Fees and Insurance

Initial Meet and Greet consultations are Free of Charge.

$150 per 60 minute counseling session.

I am Currently In-Network with the following insurance companies:

• Premera
• Lifewise
• Regence
• BridgeSpan
• BlueCross BlueShield
• Kaiser (Some PPO policies)
• First Choice Health Insurance
• WellSpring EAP panel
• Far West EAP panel

I am able to bill your insurance for all other  Out-of-Network insurance companies and obtain the benefits for you as well.

Every policy can have different coverage.  You can call your insurance company to find out details about your specific policy, or send/ bring your card to me and I can check your benefit for you.

Sliding scale fees are available for those without insurance, or those without adequate insurance.

The amount of sliding scale I am able at a given time changes through the year with how many clients are using the this service at a given time.
